About the business

The Safeguarding Team ensures that all policies and procedures are reviewed and refreshed to best practice standard. The team provide education, guidance, reporting and monitoring to ensure compliance with both legislation and policy. The team also contribute to the work of the wider Human Resources function and assist in the triage and resolution of concerns and complaints about potential abuse or exploitation of people in the care of the Salvation Army.
