He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.

Senior Analyst Role And Responsibilities
• Experience in developing applications using Appian BPMS software and Java.
• Must be familiar and comfortable in the domains of process modeling, process monitoring, process improvement, business rules and business event based technologies.
• Having implementation experience in integration of Appian with DB, webservices, external systems, etc.
• Experience in Appian process modeler, reporting, UI design, business rules development and management, content and case management, etc.
• Experience in implementing tasks (user, system, and gateways).
• Experience in implementing message events and sub-processes, experience in security and user administration.

Technical And Functional Skills
• Good Knowledge of BPM architecture patterns, best practices and design principles.
• Good understanding of SOAP and REST webservices.
• Experience in writing SQL queries.
• Appian certification is preferable.
• Proficient in Java
