Experienced Receptionist required for busy Psychology Practice

Morrison House is an established Psychology Clinic and has been operating for fifteen years. Our clinic is opened from Monday to Saturday 8.00 to 5.00 pm. We also operate an evening clinic two days a week. We are one of the largest psychology practices in Midland.

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist, to join our clinic in a job share capacity.

The successful applicant must, be able to to work independently in a very busy practice with little supervision, complete a range of administrative tasks, be able to prioritise duties and work under pressure, have sound computing skills and a pleasant and professional manner. Experience in medical or allied health clinic is desirable.

Main duties include managing patient enquires, scheduling and confirming appointments and processing accounts. The successful candidate must be flexible, have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.

We offer a part time position, two days per week, with an expectation that the applicant will cover leave arrangements and be able to work one Saturday a month.
