About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our medical practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to
Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently
Handling patient enquiries, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and empathy
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the practice
Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar customer service-focused role within the healthcare industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, clinicians, and colleagues in a warm and professional manner
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in using medical practice management software and other relevant computer applications
