If you like the idea of heading out on the road in one of our iconic vehicles to deliver for your community during the holiday period, join us as a Seasonal Casual Van Driver.


You’ll be:



Dropping off and picking up mail and parcel items to and from our customers
Collecting mail from Street Posting Boxes, Corporate Offices, Licensed Post Offices and Delivery Centres
Unloading mail from vans and manually sorting them into small or large letters and parcels including express post
Completing your own daily vehicle safety check



About you:



You're available to work from October, through our peak period
You hold a full Australian driver’s licence or in the final year of your probationary licence
You’ll successfully pass our mandatory and practical driving assessment
You’re flexible with working additional hours if required
You have a great memory, excellent attention to detail and can lift up to 16kgs of Mail and Parcels regularly
You meet our safe working load limit of weighing 130kgs or less

How we’ll deliver for you



You'll be allocated a regular shift time, and work with a great bunch of people
A higher rate of pay may apply for applicable shift times (penalty rates)
You'll benefit from a 12% superannuation rate
We may have opportunities for ongoing work beyond the peak season
