Customer Service

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service professional to join our team at Airblast Australia in Pinkenba, Queensland. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and online chat
Providing prompt and accurate information to customers about our products and services
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
