Fielding Inquiries: Responding to customer and supplier inquiries with a smile, whether over the phone or via email.
Order Updates: Keeping customers informed about order updates and changes.
Sales Coordination: Collaborating with customers and the sales team to coordinate and process sales quotes.
Pricing Insight: Staying up-to-date on costs and pricing.
Lead Spotting: Identifying and passing on hot sales leads to the sales team.
Complaint Management: Navigating customer complaints professionally and escalating when necessary.

Proficient with SAP
