The opportunity

Based in Sorrento, our Customer Service Team are seeking an energetic and fun individual who will enjoy non-stop interactions with our seafaring customers!

These casual positions will allow you to immerse yourself in our ever-evolving Company where you’ll receive comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Never a dull moment, this broad, hands-on position reports to the Customer Service Manager and as a valued team member, you’ll be responsible for:

Processing ticket sales for foot passengers & vehicles
Safely and efficiently guiding passengers & vehicles onto our ferries
Managing bookings through our ticketing systems
Assisting with special events, tours, and charters that add extra excitement to the job
Ensuring that our ferries operate with the utmost safety, efficiency, and reliability 365 days a year.

About you

We’re looking for summer casuals who can thrive in a busy environment and can interact with our customers in a positive & helpful manner whilst keeping to our hourly ferry timetable.

Whether you’re just starting out, seeking a complete career shift, or wishing to gain a harmonious work-life balance, we want to hear from you if your aspirations align with us to be the best ferry company in the world!

While possessing computer and data entry skills would be an added bonus, we’re all about nurturing talent and for the right candidate and we’re ready to provide the tools you need to up-skill!
