About Us:

The Migration Now Group is a migration data, research, and advocacy organization focusing on mainstreaming migration across the Global South, with a special emphasis on India and the wider South Asia region. The group offers services in skilling, financial inclusion, action research, last-mile intervention testing, and CSR activities. We also engage in policy advocacy, primary research, and strategy consultancy, collaborating with academia, governments, international and UN agencies, private sector partners, and civil society organizations worldwide. Since 2018, The Migration Now Group has worked on projects across India, the European Union, North America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

About the Role:

We are looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of expertise in graphic designing and social media management. This role involves creating visually impactful designs and managing social media campaigns to promote The Migration Now Group’s mission and ongoing initiatives. The focus is on spreading information about migration, financial inclusion, and other critical topics to help individuals make informed decisions and access better services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design visually compelling social media graphics and marketing collaterals.
• Manage and monitor social media platforms (content posting, audience engagement).
• Strategize posting schedules and formats to enhance traction and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Assist with any ad-hoc marketing and graphic design needs.
• Requirements:
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma etc.).
• Experience managing social media platforms.
• Ability to create content that drives engagement and aligns with branding.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred:

Experience working with agencies or NGOs in the development or social impact sector.
