Data Entry Administrator | Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a reliable candidate to join our team, with roles including but not limited to:

Responding to incoming calls and emails
Data entry, which involves entering pickups and deliveries into the TMS -Transvirtual.
Customer service, including assisting customers with queries and POD searches
Basic filing tasks associated with a busy office
The successful applicant MUST have the following skills:

Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to work independently and in a team
Positive and proactive attitude
Must have own transport, as public transport is not available.
Requirements:

No previous applicants need to apply
Previous Transport industry experience is preferred
This role would ideally suit a person with strong attention to detail, who is able to handle a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds in a professional manner
The successful applicant must have a passion for customer service
This is NOT a call centre role
The role requires someone who can problem-solve, prioritise, and use their initiative
Some overtime may be required from time to time
Working days are from Monday to Friday.
