Job Description

WOW Recruitment are proud to be an exclusive recruitment partner for this international business providing skylights and roof windows to Australia for over 30 years.

Due to continued growth, they now require an additional Customer Service Officer, who will be responsible in assisting customers with general queries.


Main duties/Responsibilities:
Attend to general enquiries received by way of phone, email & mail. Recommend combinations and feasibility of products to the individual situations and assist customer with placing the correct order.
Handle enquiries from end users and advise benefits of the company’s products and assist with any relevant enquiries. Receive requests for measure & quotes and service calls and forward to Customer Service Co-ordinator for processing. Assist with measure & quote & service processing.
Attend to visitors to the Alexandria Showroom, when Tech team is not available.
Process and distribute M&Q to the dealers and installers. Follow up on any M&Q related enquiries. Also process and mail of brochures and technical folders when requested.
Coordinate with Dealers on returns by send the necessary form, raising connotes and arranging pick-ups. Once goods have been returned to COPE warehouse, arrange inspection with Product Manager (if required). If products returned are in good condition then process credit note.
General processing of all orders in accordance with the Sales Orders procedure instructions. This includes but is not limited to: entry into SBO computer system, checking of orders for keying errors, faxing of order confirmations for every order processed and uploading order files to the warehouse. Ensuring that order batches are filed daily.
Responsible for contacting dealers prior to despatch,Cus via telephone, if any part of the order is incorrect, if part of the order is out of stock or if the item they’ve ordered is on backorder.
Responsible for generating invoices daily. Run open orders report and investigate orders that have not invoiced. Print and mail invoices daily.

 Skills & Experience:
You have at least 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative or call centre environment, with a focus on customer service.
You possess strong organizational, problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management skills.
You have excellent organizational and prioritizing skills and can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
You have the ability to be flexible within the workplace and work effectively within a team environment.
