Job Description

Fixed term, 3 years Full-time – 35 hours per week
Salary: $67,867 - $78,047 p.a. plus Superannuation, and weekend loading

The Customer Experience Officer is responsible for the daily delivery of high-quality frontline customer services to the Waverley Community, including call centre, front counter, planning and parking administration services. In this position you will work across the two centres, in Bondi Junction and the Bondi Pavilion, to ensure all enquiries by phone, online or face-to-face are managed promptly and dealt with efficiently. The role involves working to a fixed fortnightly roster, including one weekend at the Bondi Pavilion per fortnight.

You will be required to demonstrate your excellent interpersonal skills, while meeting deadlines and prioritising workloads. You will have strong computer and administration skills with the ability to learn quickly on the job, have strong commitment to delivering quality customer service and have a positive, professional and co-operative approach to working in a team. An interest in planning processes and strong attention to detail would be advantageous.
