Skill Sets Required

○ Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and local language.

○ Familiar with planning and execution of marketing activities (ATL, BTL & Digital).

○ Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.

○ Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

○ Time-management skills.

○ Proficiency in using CRM software.

○ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.

○ Understanding of using Social Media platforms

○ Experience in event planning and coordination.

Job Details

 Job type: 1 year contract

 Experience - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in admissions, marketing, sales or a

related field, with a proven track record of success in both areas.

 Marital Status – Preferably Married.

 Qualification – Any Graduate (B.Sc., B. Com, BBA, B.A.)

 Targets – increase new admissions by 20% as compared to previous year (This number

can change based on the school). If targets are not hit, contract extension will be

reviewed.
