Candidate requirements :

We are looking to hire a candidate for the position of Fellow under ConveGenius’ Bharat Edtech Initiative PAL Gujarat Program.

Fellow would need to fulfil the following requirements :

Key Responsibilities :
• Comfort and experience with daily travel and field visits to schools and communities.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders in the government education system and related communities.
• Solution-oriented, with the ability to use data to guide decision-making.
• Highly proficient in written and spoken Gujarati communication. Functional proficiency in written and spoken Hindi.
• Basic proficiency in the usage of G suite (Google Calendar, Google forms, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Candidates with regular access to a PC or Laptop are preferred.
• Candidates who own a means of transport are preferred.

Key activities :
• Ensuring fulfilment of target-based student engagement and learning with the ConveGenius learning platform.
• Problem-solve with stakeholders to ensure that the program runs smoothly every day.
• Active management of relationships with key stakeholders (BRCs,CRCs, Principals, teachers, students, parents, community leaders and members)
• Liasoning with officials to ensure awareness and support for the program.
• Effectively planning days and weeks to ensure that targets are achieved.
• Timely and accurate reporting as per program requirements.
• Telugu language is mandatory
