We’re partnering with a leading Biotech manufacturer in Germantown, WI, seeking a Manufacturing Technician for Biotech Production operations. This is your opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment, contribute to product quality, and support critical production processes.

What You'll Do:
• Safely operate and monitor process equipment, identifying and resolving minor issues.
• Use the Allen-Bradley Control System to optimize production and request maintenance when needed.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections (e.g., air packs, safety showers) and report any incidents promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following cGMP and chemical hygiene procedures.
• Demonstrate environmental stewardship by preventing spills and controlling emissions.
• Ensure accurate documentation in inventory management and batch records.
• Use PPE properly, including a full-face respirator or supplied air when necessary.

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and prior experience in a cGMP environment is preferred.
