Works closely with medical, allied and nursingcolleagues to maximise the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical interventionto adults with moderate to severe mental illnessJoin Health NewZealand l Te Whatu Ora Nelson Marlborough at a key time of change where youwill meaningfully contribute to our kaupapa of creating a more equitable,accessible, cohesive, and people-centred health system.

Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position) Thisrole will provide pharmacist support to communitybased adult mental health service users, working collaboratively within a full multi-disciplinaryteam. You will beproviding direct provision of clinical advice to clients, prescribers andclinicians.
