Advantage Resourcing is seeking a dedicated Production Operator for a leading manufacturer in Tomball, TX. If you're looking for an opportunity in the production industry, apply today and join our team!
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts available
Responsibilities
• Operate machinery to produce solar panel products in line with SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area and surrounding spaces
• Monitor production quality and ensure superior product output
• Provide detailed machine status updates, raw materials, and production reports
• Perform quality checks and ensure consistency between processes
• Participate in safety training, identify hazards, and apply safety measures throughout production
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of production or manufacturing experience
• Fluent in English (bilingual in Mandarin preferred)
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and a team player
