ABOUT THE ROLE
Regent College has an opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher (Kindergarten) to join our School community.
The role is for a Full Time 1.0 FTE fixed-term position, commencing on Term 1, 2026.
Key to the Role:
To carry out the professional duties of a teacher in accordance with the school's policies, under the direction of the Principal. The successful applicants will have:
Knowledge and experience in Early Childhood Education, including an excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Knowledge and understanding of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
Excellent communication skills and capacity to work collaboratively.
A creative and caring approach to teaching
A strong commitment to the development of the College pedagogy via avenues such as targeted professional learning and collaboration with colleagues.
Confidence in sharing their Christian faith within the College community.
