About the role

As Customer Support Specialist for COMS Systems, you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing quality assistance and positive support to COMS users. You will focus on operations, troubleshooting issues and guiding users to effectively utilise the COMS products. Customer Support will liaise between higher support teams and technical teams to ensure the best response, and resolution of challenges users may face. Other responsibilities include:

Managing initial and ongoing end-user training for customers.
Recording customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
Build and maintain healthy relationships with customers.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks on data variances.

About you

Our ideal candidate will bring:

Strong customer service ethos and the ability to communicate with a variety of end-users.
Attention to detail, can identify bugs or inconsistencies.
Problem solving attitude, solutions focussed approach.
A background in Hospitality or the Gaming industry would benefit you in this role.
An empathetic and positive manner with all customer and team interactions.

If you have worked in a Pub with Class 4 Gaming, then this could be right up your alley!

This role is part-time, in the evenings from Friday 3.00pm until +.00pm, Saturday and Sunday from 2.00pm until +.00pm

Due to the nature of the industry, you may be asked to work more hours during the busy periods.

When you first start the role, you will be onsite 20 hours during a month period for training purposes. Once you are trained, this role will be remote and you will work from home.
