About the role:

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be assisting our Home Lending Specialists with home loan processes, customer due diligence, post-draw-down and file management.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with general product and service enquiries and recommending solutions

Assisting our Home Lending Specialists with their portfolio

Meeting with customers and opening accounts

Managing post-lending processes to ensure timely repayments

Processing key documents as required

Preparing monthly reports to key stakeholders

Performing ongoing due diligence on existing customers

About you:

Be able to demonstrate customer service excellence
Be able to demonstrate customer service excellence
Have the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Be able to think outside of the box to solve problems
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs


You will also be fluent in English and Mandarin as you will be required to communicate with and provide reports and other information to Bank of China Head Office.
