As a Recruitment Consultant (or Solutions Specialist as we call it), you will develop and nurture meaningful relationships with our Junior doctors as well as hospitals and other healthcare providers. It will be your mission to listen, understand their needs and then to deliver the best solution for those needs.
Located in our new modern offices in either Queenstown or Auckland (or a fully remote option available based anywhere in New Zealand for the right, experienced candidate), this highly supported role includes:
Building strong relationships with our doctors to understand their professional & lifestyle goals
Qualifying our doctors for work opportunities that support their goals.
