This role sits within our Public Sector FM business division that provides Cleaning, Catering, Hard Services, Pest Control, Carbon & Energy, and Security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Education & Healthcare market.

About The Role:

We have a vacancy for a Relief Security Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for protecting the security and safety of the identified buildings and personnel at a busy client site. You will ensure that assigned tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner and meet relevant legislations.

Shift Pattern: 0700-1+00 Days/0700-1+00 Nights

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Protecting the security and safety of the identified buildings and personnel at a busy client site.
• Acting as a first line support to employees and visitors to site, providing a professional and friendly service .
• Support a safe working environment for staff, residents, and visitors by adhering to Health and Safety legislation, policies and procedures, and reporting any damage/defects occurred.
• Fire, security and building systems monitoring.
• Service area barrier control and traffic management.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
• Must have Right to Work in the UK.
• An enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance will be completed for the successful candidate
• SIA Licence
• Strong people and customer service skills
• Good diligence and high standard of work
• Effective communication skills
