Manufacturing Director:

Our client is an innovative leader in the consumer products space, developing state-of-the-art technology that is reshaping the industry. As they continue their rapid global expansion, they are seeking an experienced and visionary manufacturing lead to spearhead their global manufacturing strategy.

About the Role:

This is a high-impact, executive-level position that requires an individual with deep expertise in manufacturing. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of setting up manufacturing operations from scratch and executing complex, global production strategies. Your primary objective will be to drive the end-to-end manufacturing process, whether it’s through in-house capabilities or working with third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a global manufacturing strategy, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
• Oversee in-house manufacturing operations as well as third-party production, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and product quality standards.
• Establish and scale manufacturing processes in line with the company’s growth trajectory, supporting both current product lines and future innovations.
• Collaborate closely with other executives, including the CTO and COO, to ensure seamless integration between product design, engineering, and production.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners to optimize the supply chain, logistics and production timelines.

The ideal candidate for this role has significant expertise in strategic manufacturing and has successfully built or scaled manufacturing operations. This person thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is ready to take on a leadership role that influences global manufacturing efforts.

Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience in setting up and managing manufacturing for high-tech consumer or other products-based industries.
• Deep understanding of both in-house and outsourced production models.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire manufacturing teams globally.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on experience and a results-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
