Lead RPA Developer

Qualifications
6+ years of experience with RPA development, specifically with Blue Prism
Programming capabilities with either Java, C#, J#, or VB
Experience working with or leading offshore development teams
Good communication and experience working with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and leading development initiatives
Ability to lead a team of developers and testers and implement automation solutions independently
Responsibilities
This will be a part of the Cloud Automation Center of Excellence and working alongside Cloud solutions consultants, project managers and customer success managers to deliver customer projects across numerous industries which deliver immediate ROI
Lead the Blue Prism Development initiatives
Manage the offshore and on shore development team
50% hands on development, 50% product owner
Taking business requirements, current and future state process designs and translating them into process flows and Visual Business Objects within the Blue Prism object studio, Blue Prism process studio
Creation of access control interfaces via the Application Modeler, within Object Studio
Development of business logic within code-stages in languages within the .NET family (C#/J#/VB)
Input into solution integration design using Web Services / RESTFUL API access
Conducting component testing on the solution

About The Company

Our client in the technology space is looking to hire a Lead Blue Prism Developer to manage and oversee the development of both on and offshore teams. This will be a part of the Cloud Automation Center of Excellence and working alongside Cloud solutions consultants, project managers and customer success managers to deliver customer projects across numerous industries which deliver immediate ROI. This position can be fully remote.

Responsibilities
