Proven experience in cooking and culinary operations
Requires a minimum of three-year’s experience in a restaurant kitchen role
Certified in food service sanitation as mandated by the state of Ohio
Broad based menu knowledge
Experienced in food preparation at the highest level
Ability to work as part of a team
People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
