Prepare and cook a variety of farm to table menu items according to recipes and standards
Assist in meal preparation for dietary department needs, ensuring compliance with dietary restrictions and preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling practices
Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other cooking tools
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
