Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Carpenter at SynergyLabs in Gurugram. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for tasks such as carpentry, working with power tools, framing, using hand tools, and finish carpentry. The role will involve hands-on involvement in carpentry projects and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications
• 8+ years of Experience and basic english
• Carpentry and Finish Carpentry skills
• Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Ability to work on framing projects
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certification or training in Carpentry
• Experience in construction or related field is a plus
• should be able to read blueprints or drawings in english
• trained by ITI 12th pass +
• bricklayers is probably the biggest in demand. Followed by tilers, plasterers and painters along with Carpenters.
