At iRealise, we are on a mission to unlock the world of alternative capital and investment in real estate by tokenisation. By leveraging blockchain technology, we enable asset owners to raise capital and investors to access and diversify their portfolios in innovative ways. We seek a tech lead ready to shape the future of real estate and alternative finance, driven by the potential of the business and belief.

Role Responsibilities

As our Tech Lead, you responsibilities will be:
• Build the foundation of our platform: lead the development and implementation of our product vision.
• Architect Scalable Solutions: create a high-performing, secure platform that can grow alongside our ambitions.
• Be a Partner in Growth: work closely with our founders on product and business strategies, taking a hands-on approach to technical leadership.
• Security and Compliance Focus: ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, especially in fintech.

What We Are Looking For
• Blockchain and Tokenisation Expertise: familiarity with blockchain tech, especially Ethereum (Polygon), Solidity, and smart contracts.
• Real Estate or Fintech Experience: background in real estate tech or fintech is a strong plus.
• Cloud and Web Technology Stack: proficiency in AWS or GCP, and web frameworks like React and Node.js.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: you are driven by the vision and willing to contribute time and expertise to grow a future-facing business.
• Leadership and Growth Orientation: ready to mentor, manage, and expand a tech team, contributing to both code and strategy.
