Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive at Shilton Hospitality LLP in Bengaluru. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing activities to promote the company's offerings and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with the brand's goals. Create and manage promotional campaigns, including special offers, events, and seasonal marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing
Manage the restaurant's presence on social media platforms, ensuring engaging and consistent content. Oversee email marketing campaigns, website updates, and online advertising to drive traffic and reservations. Monitor online reviews and customer feedback, responding promptly and professionally.

Brand Management
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels. Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and copy.

Market Research & Analysis
Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities. Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports to measure ROI and optimize future strategies.

Partnerships & Collaboration
Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and event organizers to enhance brand visibility. Coordinate with internal teams, such as operations and culinary, to ensure marketing alignment with the restaurant's offerings.

Events Management
Plan and execute events to promote new menu launches, store openings, and customer loyalty programs.
