Job description
A Global property management company is looking for Accountant with good written and spoken english. Experience in Property Management or Real Estate will be plus.

Qualification
• 10 Years experience in Accounting and Bookkeeping.
• Need to have a laptop and good Internet Connection ( 20 MPBS unlimited) since this is Remote opportunity.
• Working Hours are 6 PM - 3 AM Indian Time
• Communicating with customers through various channels such as email, whatsapp, phone.
• Good Working knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks is a plus. Need to be computer Savvy.
• Real Estate Experience is high preferable.
• Working knowledge of AppFolio, Buildium is highly preferable

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding invoice, work order.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints related to finance.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and inquiries.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelors degree in BCom is preferred

Must have prior experience working Accountant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
