Qualifications
Prior experience with ELISA-based assays is essential for this position
Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects
Occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds
Specific vision abilities, including close vision and color vision, are essential
Responsibilities
In this role, you will analyze clinical specimens using standard methods and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely test results
Perform routine testing on clinical samples while adhering to all laboratory procedures
Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with internal quality control policies
Conduct daily and weekly maintenance to ensure equipment is functioning properly
Perform and review quality control (QC) daily; report any out-of-range QC results immediately
Accurately process specimens, analyze test performance, and report results promptly
Provide onsite support and consultation to resolve technical problems in accordance with company policies
Communicate effectively with the General Supervisor regarding technical operations and laboratory issues
Ensure patient test results are not reported until all corrective actions are completed, and systems are properly functioning
Document all clinical work and activities per internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office and laboratory setting, utilizing standard lab equipment such as automated liquid handlers and pipettes
