Job description
As an Operations Intern at Ladies Who Lead (LWL), you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth execution of our events and initiatives in Delhi & Gurgaon. You will work closely with our team and external vendors to ensure seamless operations, from coordinating physical marketing collaterals and gifts to overseeing venue readiness.

Job Details

Vendor coordination:
• Coordinate with external vendors to procure physical marketing collaterals and gifts.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of all procured items.
• Track vendor performance and maintain accurate records.
• Venue readiness:
• Assist in venue selection and site visits.
• Coordinate with venue staff to ensure equipment and layout are as per event requirements.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of event venues.

General operations support:
• Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.
• Assist in event planning and execution.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of LWL's operations.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
