Role Description

The Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing information technology systems, and facilitating effective communication. The role will also involve software support and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications

• Experience in Information Technology and Software support
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
