Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HCM Fast Formulas Consultant with extensive experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This is a remote contract role, and the candidate will play a critical role in creating and troubleshooting Fast Formulas to meet diverse business needs within the HCM ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement complex Oracle HCM Fast Formulas across multiple HCM Cloud modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical Fast Formulas solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing Fast Formulas to ensure smooth system functionality.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to validate and test formulas for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide expertise in optimizing performance and functionality of HCM Fast Formulas.
• Document Fast Formulas, processes, and configurations for future reference and training purposes.
• Assist in upgrades, migrations, and integrations involving HCM modules.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies during formula creation.

Required Skills:
• 7+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a strong focus on Fast Formulas development and configuration.
• Expertise in modules like Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
• Strong understanding of HCM Cloud architecture and its interdependencies.
• Proficient in debugging and resolving Fast Formula issues.
• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and data extraction techniques for validation and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with other Oracle HCM Cloud tools and technologies.
• Experience with data migration, reporting, and integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems.
• Understanding of compliance and payroll regulations in various geographies.
• Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per year
