Qualifications
At least 10 years relevant experience required
Expert in MS Word, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat
Knowledge and experience with SharePoint beneficial
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
Strong organizational skills Organized; able to track and meet multiple deadlines
Able to interpret and understand technical subject matter
Ability to work well with subject matter experts to gather information for documents
Responsibilities
Assist Systems Analysts and Business Analysts by collecting information through interviews and draft documents
Compile data collected into policy, procedural, or technical documents
Collect revision requests and perform revisions on existing documentation
Develop flow, ladder, and other types of Visio diagrams
Establish format requirements for various types of documentation
Create templates
