Salary - 35k to 45k Max

Must have Proven 2-6 years of experience in textile design

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Textile Designer for home furnishings and fashion at Banjara Home in Jaipur. The role involves creating and designing textile patterns and materials for home decor and fashion items.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop innovative textile designs that align with the company's brand identity and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with the supplieer and in house team to conceptualise and execute design concepts from initial idea to final product.
• Conduct research on emerging trends, color palettes, and fabric techniques to inspire new design concepts.
• Create detailed design specifications and technical drawings for production purposes.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality standards are met.
• Participate in design presentations and meetings to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements in textile design software and techniques.
• Assist in the development of seasonal collections and product lines, ensuring they meet market demands and customer preferences.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design
• Proficiency in textile design software and tools
• Knowledge of current trends in home furnishings and fashion
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in textile design for home decor or fashion industry
