Branding & Promotion

· Responsible for corporate camps and event handling

· In-house branding of the hospital on all floors, OPDs, Front Desks etc

· Putting up of brochures/leaflets and others at the right places in the hospital premises

· Providing Shalby Times and other branding materials to CME locations

· Responsible for corporate/TPA tie-ups for camps and events by personally visiting and meeting them

· Coordinating for events through calls and mails

· Dispatching of files, papers, brochure kits, standees etc at event location

· Making all arrangements related to staff and material for corporate events

· Setting up of camp location prior to camp timings

· Recording data about all persons visiting the event for maintaining database

· Explaining and counseling patients about the specialties during the event

· Maintaining data entries of camp requirements and materials used

· Indent for medical, stationery requirements for camps and raising PR for the same

· Promotion of hospital specialties, OPDs as a part of outdoor marketing

· Putting up of banners and other necessary branding material at the camp location

· Deciding upon the stock requirement at camps and listing down accordingly

· Maintaining data of stock/equipment utilized at the camps

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
