• Handle guest inquiries & issues.
• Manage and update reservations.
• Process changes and charges.
• Create packages to boost sales.
• Coordinate pre-arrival with support & vendors.
• Support reporting & upselling.
• Ensure policy compliance.
• Book travel services.
• Research trends for improvements.
• Handover booking details to operations.
