• Response time to project opportunitiesWe are seeking an experienced Bidding Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing profitable projects from various freelance platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bidding strategies and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor multiple freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) for relevant project opportunities
• Evaluate project requirements and assess their alignment with our company's capabilities
• Craft compelling proposals and competitive bids
• Communicate with potential clients during the bidding process
• Track bid success rates and maintain detailed records
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate project scoping
• Maintain and improve company profiles on various platforms

Required Qualifications:
• Must be able to work from our Jaipur office location
• Minimum 2 years of experience in bid management on freelance platforms
• Proven track record of successful project acquisition
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of technical project requirements
• Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
