Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter intern at EarlyJobs. The Recruiter intern will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, assisting in the recruitment process, and managing candidate relationships. The intern will also work on talent acquisition strategies, job postings, and supporting recruitment events.
Qualifications
• Recruitment, Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
• Understanding of talent acquisition strategies and job postings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage candidate relationships effectively
• Knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
