Job Description
The Sales Quality Analyst (QA) is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of sales calls made by the sales executives. The role involves listening to sales calls, identifying areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback, and coordinating training sessions to enhance sales performance and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call Monitoring and Evaluation:
• Listen to and assess sales calls to ensure adherence to quality standards and sales scripts.
• Evaluate calls for accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with customer expectations.
• Maintain a record of call assessments and provide detailed reports on findings.
• Feedback and Coaching:
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to sales executives to improve call quality and performance.
• Highlight strengths and identify areas for improvement during feedback sessions.
• Training and Development:
• Work with team leads to design and deliver targeted training programs based on quality gaps.
• Conduct refresher training sessions to keep the team updated on best practices and product knowledge.
• Quality Standards and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales protocols, and quality standards.
• Prepare regular reports on quality metrics, team performance, and improvement areas.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience and sales effectiveness.
• Collaboration and Support:
• Partner with the sales team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as a point of contact for queries related to quality standards and call handling practices.
Key Skills and Competencies:
• Strong analytical and observation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in providing constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call monitoring software.
• Ability to handle sensitive feedback diplomatically.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, quality assurance, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer service practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
