Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.

- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment in service delivery.

- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.

- Prepare and present reports on client performance, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.

- Manage client onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition.

- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
