Frontend Engineer | React|js Framework

Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and Implement Web Applications : Use jQuery and Ajax to create dynamic and interactive web applications that meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work with designers, backend developers, and product managers to ensure the development of user-friendly, high-performance web applications.
• Custom Plugin Creation/Modification : Develop and customize jQuery plugins based on user requirements and project specifications.
• CSS Styling : Write clean, maintainable, and responsive CSS to ensure consistency across different browsers and platforms.
• Optimize Performance : Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness to ensure an optimal user experience.
• Code Reviews & Best Practices : Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices to maintain code quality, maintainability, and consistency across the development team.
• Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues : Identify and resolve performance, functionality, and usability issues that arise during development or post-launch.
• Stay Updated : Keep up-to-date with the latest web development trends, jQuery, React, and best practices in front-end development.
• Mentorship : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in the right practices and helping them grow in their roles.
• Responsive and Adaptive Designs : Ensure the development of responsive and adaptive web designs to deliver a seamless experience across various devices.

Key Skills & Qualifications
• Expertise in jQuery and Ajax for building dynamic and interactive web applications.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Bootstrap for building responsive designs.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Experience with React is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• A passion for staying current with new technologies and industry trends.
• 3- 5 years of hands-on experience in front-end development
