Job Summary:
The Packaging Trainee will assist the Packaging team in ensuring that all products are packaged efficiently, safely, and according to company standards. This role offers hands-on training in packaging processes, equipment handling, and quality control. The trainee will gain practical experience in the packaging industry and contribute to optimizing the packaging workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
• Packaging Support: Assist in the daily packaging operations, including labeling, sealing, and preparing products for shipment.
• Quality Control: Ensure packaging materials meet company quality standards and inspect products for defects or damage before packaging.
• Equipment Operation: Learn to operate and maintain packaging machinery and equipment under the guidance of the supervisor.
• Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and maintaining stock levels of packaging materials, including boxes, labels, and sealing equipment.
• Documentation: Help in maintaining accurate records of packaged products, inventory, and materials used.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the packaging team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve packaging processes and contribute to ongoing efforts for efficiency, cost savings, and waste reduction.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the proper handling of packaging materials and machinery.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Any graduate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
