Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior HR Recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition to join our team at our Kaushambi District location. This is a full-time role ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment. The role is crucial for ensuring we attract and hire suitable candidates who meet our innovative organizational culture and growth aspirations.

Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience in recruitment within the stipulated 1-3 years.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates thoroughly and fairly.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, etc.
• Effective candidate screening skills to shortlist the most suitable profiles for various positions.
• Understanding of talent acquisition strategies to build a strong workforce.
• Familiarity with HR policies and ensuring candidates fit into organizational norms and culture.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills to manage salary discussions and finalize offers with candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Identify staffing requirements and create a strong hiring pipeline to meet organizational needs.
