Excellent knowledge of Linux (ideally CentOS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Experience with Linux, Windows and macOS
Interest in continually expanding knowledge and learning new technologies
Storage and network experience
Knowledge in troubleshooting SAN and NAS systems as well as related components: Switches, Disk Arrays, LTO, etc
Knowledge in professional video editing software
Responsibilities
Working on compelling and sophisticated projects in the broadcast and post-production/VFX industry
Install, manage and maintain various SAN/NAS environments at customers’ facilities remotely
Troubleshooting ELEMENTS storage environments
Support our Product Development Department in qualification and evaluation of hardware products that facilitate or complement our server appliances

ELEMENTS is a manufacturer of high-end storage solutions exclusively for the Media & Entertainment industry: Netflix, Hollywood, Broadcast. The position entails advanced troubleshooting of ELEMENTS storage systems in contact with our clients' technical department. Required:
• Excellent knowledge of Linux (ideally CentOS)
