Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Shift: 24/7 Rotational

Experience: 1-2 years in International Voice Process

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vadodara. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner

- Respond to customer inquiries, gather information, and resolve issues

- Empathize with customers and provide solutions following specified guidelines

- Update tickets and escalate issues to concerned departments as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

- Meet performance goals and participate in coaching and training

Requirements:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Superior typing speed

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Flexibility in working hours

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- 1-2 years of experience in International Voice Process

- Any stream 12th Standard pass out / any stream Graduate / Post Graduate

- 18 years of age
