Job Title: Welding Helper
Location: Chattanooga TN
Salary: $14 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday (hours may vary)

Responsibilities:
Assist welders with various tasks, including grinding welds and preparing pipes for welding.
Operate equipment such as grinders and pipe cutters under the guidance of experienced welders.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Follow instructions from the lead welder and work collaboratively to complete projects on time.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in welding or metal fabrication is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced welders.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Basic math skills and the ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.
