About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end CleverTap campaigns, including strategy, execution, and performance analysis.

2. Track and monitor key app metrics such as retention, Daily Active Users (DAUs), Monthly Active Users (MAUs), and churn rate.

3. Develop and implement personalized, scalable user engagement strategies.

4. Troubleshoot issues related to event triggers or analytics setup within CleverTap.

Core Skills:

1. CleverTap Expertise:

- Extensive experience in setting up and managing campaigns such as push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and emails.

- Proficient in creating user segments, analyzing user behavior, and building funnels.

2. Data Analytics and Insights:

- Strong ability to analyze user data, generate actionable insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

- In-depth understanding of cohort analysis, retention metrics, and A/B testing.

3. Marketing Automation Knowledge:

- Familiar with event-based triggers and automating user journeys for onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.

- Experienced in lifecycle marketing and personalization strategies.

4. Technical Skills:

- Basic knowledge of event and API integration within CleverTap.

- Capable of coordinating with developers to set up event tracking or troubleshoot technical issues.

5. Communication and Collaboration:

- Strong understanding of user psychology to craft engaging messages and impactful campaigns.
