Qualifications
Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
Production experience in shipping code
Proficiency in at least one systems-level language (preferably Rust, but C++ experience is acceptable)
Deep understanding of distributed systems and systems architecture at scale
Operating system knowledge, particularly Linux/macOS
Familiarity with UNIX APIs and networking protocols
Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
Understanding of metrics, spans, and traces for system performance monitoring
